It supports muscle relaxation and contraction, a healthy nervous system, heart health, and helps you manage everyday stressors.*

What type of magnesium is in these gummies?

Relaxing Magnesium features Magnesium Citrate.

Why did OLLY choose Magnesium Citrate?

We formulated with Magnesium Citrate because it’s better absorbed by the body than Magnesium Glycinate—so you get more of the good stuff.

Adults take 4 gummies per day, chewing thoroughly before swallowing.

When should I take it?

Work it into your routine after a long day, post‑movement, or whenever you want to take it easy.

Does it contain melatonin?

No—this is a magnesium supplement, not a melatonin sleep aid.

What does it taste like?

A juicy blend of ripe raspberry and floral lavender flavors.
