Dr. Kiarra King | M.D., FACOG

Dr. Kiarra King is a board-certified OB-GYN and Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG), based in Chicago. A sought-after medical expert, she believes education is the most powerful tool in women's health—translating complex clinical topics into relatable, evidence-based guidance that helps women understand their bodies and advocate for their wellbeing.
Dr. King is board-certified through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and her medical degree from the University of Illinois (Chicago), completing her residency at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center.
Through her social platforms and media work, Dr. King's mission extends beyond the clinical: she's dedicated to helping women embrace their beauty, optimize their health, and walk in their purpose.
Patricia Bannan | MS, RDN
Gut Health & Holistic Wellness
Patricia Bannan, MS, RDN, is a nationally recognized registered dietitian nutritionist trained at Tufts University and the National Institutes of Health. She's the award-winning author of From Burnout to Balance and creator of the Wellness Intelligence™ framework, helping women build sustainable, science-backed habits in everyday life.
Patricia earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Delaware, completed her dietetic internship at the National Institutes of Health, and holds a Master of Science in Nutrition Communication from the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University. She also trained as a professional chef. Her expertise has reached millions through more than 2,000 media appearances, including the Today Show, The Doctors, ABC News, and CNN, along with features in Time, O, The Oprah Magazine, and Good Housekeeping.
