First off, these taste amazing and probably one of the best vitamin gummy I have had. They taste like strawberry fruit leather and have a great texture. I struggle shutting off my brain at night and these sleep gummies have made such a difference, within 30/45 mins after taking, I am ready for bed and fall asleep shortly after my head hits the pillow. My husband has even started taking these to help him fall a sleep faster and sleep longer. These are small, easy to chew soft gummy, with a natural flavor, nothing sweet. These REALLY work!
I am so happy I decided to try these. I have a horrible time falling asleep and staying asleep. These actually work! I have tried numerous things including melatonin but nothing really helped or if it did I felt way too groggy the next day. Not with these! I can feel them gently calming my brain. I feel myself getting sleepy and then 20-30 minutes after I take it I'm asleep. It is awesome! The chew really does taste like strawberry and is so easy to take. I like that there is no sugar in it. These are going to be my go to from now on!
