Works great! I give this to my son and in approximately 30 minutes he’s ready for bed and falls asleep effortlessly. He is able to get up the next morning no issue. It’s also very affordable. I would definitely recommend.

My Kids Loved!
My kids loved the regular multi vitamins from this brand so I decided to give these a try for night time. And they enjoyed these too! They are fairly expensive in my opinion but like I said my kids loved them.

We have tried many...
We have tried many and these always rise to the top. My daughter enjoys the taste, doesn’t complain about taking them, and they are effective with helping her settle in and fall asleep! Would recommend if you have a higher energy kid who loves sleep but struggles to fall asleep!
