My 11 year old daughter has been using these for a couple weeks. She prefers to take them in the evening after a long day to just calm her body and mind. They are great before bedtime to help wind down, they don't make her tired or put her to sleep, but they do put her in a more relaxed state of mind to help her go to sleep. The flavors are good, like always with this brand! We love all our Olly supplements, this is another one to add to our faves!

The Olly Kids Chillax offer calming mind and body thanks to its content of Magnesium, L-Theanine and Lemon Balm with a natural flavor of raspberry, lime and orange without unnecessary artificial flavors or colors and gluten free I think it will be an excellent support in our next back to school after a long home study stay.
