My New Sleep Best Friend
It takes me quite a bit to settle down at night. I need to take any sleeping aid at least 1 hr prior to laying down. Followed my evening routine and I was out within 30 mins. The only downside was waking up super early the next morning. I like the flavor and they quickly dissolve.

Worked Like a Charm
I was stressed going to bed and a bit restless. Not highly, but noticeable enough to not be able to easily fall asleep. I took an Olly Fast Dissolve relaxing sleep. It tastes ok and it worked great for me.
