I love this sleep aid because it works wonders and helps me fall asleep faster and efficiently. I love strawberry-flavored dissolving tablets that don’t leave an aftertaste in your mouth. I am in love with the idea that it’s a melatonin that doesn’t need water. The tablet is great for people like me, as I can stay up for a long time and not fall asleep, but with this I can.
