Her Well-Being
Is Our Mission
Simple, really. We're committed to supporting women's mental health through every age, phase and magnificent mood change.

The Core Issue
Mental health doesn’t stand still—it evolves, just as we do. The problem? It’s still treated as a one-size-fits-all issue. For women, that couldn’t be farther from the truth.
A woman’s mental health at 16 looks nothing like it does at 36 or 56. Life happens, needs change, hormones flow. From her first period to well beyond her last, she deserves to feel seen, supported and heard.
Because wellness isn’t a destination. It’s a lifelong conversation. And let’s face it: there’s no women’s wellness without women’s well-being.
What We’re Doing About It
Normalizing
Walking the Talk
We’re committed to culture that prioritizes mental wellness.
How we do this:

- Respect flexible work schedules
- Offer wellness benefits that support mental health
Identifying Our Allies
Our Social Mission launched in 2021 with The Jed Foundation.
