Welcome to the OLLY Loyalty & Referral Program (“Program”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Program offered by [Brand Name] (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy located here.
1. Eligibility
The Program is open to individuals who:
- Are legal residents of eligible regions where the Program is offered;
- Are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction); and
- Use the Program for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Businesses, resellers, bots, and automated accounts are not eligible to participate.
The Program is void where prohibited by law.
2. Program Enrollment
To participate in the Program, you may be required to create an account and provide certain information, including but not limited to:
- Name
- Email address
- Purchase activity
- Referral activity
This information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current account information.
Only one account is permitted per person. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended, merged, or terminated at our discretion.
3. Earning Points
Members may earn points through eligible purchases and qualifying activities as determined by OLLY.
Points may not be earned on:
- Taxes
- Shipping or delivery fees
- Gift card purchases
- Subscription activation fees
- Discounted or promotional purchases
- Any other exclusions determined by us
Points are awarded solely at our discretion and may take time to appear in your account.
4. Points Value and Expiration
Points:
- Have no cash value;
- Are non-transferable;
- May not be sold, exchanged, or combined across accounts; and
- Do not constitute property or a vested right.
Points are a revocable benefit issued by OLLY.
Unless otherwise stated, points expire after [12] months of account inactivity. “Account inactivity” means no qualifying point-earning activity during that period.
5. Rewards and Redemption
Points may be redeemed for eligible rewards made available through the Program.
All rewards are:
- Subject to availability;
- Non-refundable once redeemed; and
- Non-transferable and not for resale.
We reserve the right to:
- Substitute rewards of equal or greater value;
- Limit reward quantities;
- Restrict redemptions per member or per day; and
- Refuse or cancel redemption requests at our discretion.
If a reward cannot be fulfilled, our sole obligation is to restore the redeemed points or provide a comparable substitute.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Chargebacks
If an order associated with earned points is returned, refunded, canceled, or charged back, the associated points may be removed from your account.
If those points were already redeemed, we may:
- Deduct the equivalent value from your account balance;
- Suspend your account; or
- Require repayment before additional participation.
7. Referral Program
Eligible members may receive referral rewards for inviting new customers to OLLY, subject to Program rules.
The following are prohibited:
- Self-referrals
- Circular referrals
- Referrals between members of the same household
- Fake accounts or fraudulent activity
Referral rewards may only be issued after a qualifying purchase has been completed and any applicable return period has expired.
We reserve the right to withhold or revoke referral rewards at our discretion.
8. Tiers and Status Benefits
If the Program includes tier-based benefits:
- Tier qualification requirements will be determined by OLLY;
- Tier benefits may change at any time; and
- Qualification for a tier does not guarantee permanent status or benefits.
Failure to maintain qualification requirements may result in downgrade or removal from a tier.
9. Account Integrity and Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to investigate suspected abuse, fraud, or misuse of the Program, including but not limited to:
- Fake or duplicate accounts
- Automated activity or bots
- Manipulation of promotions
- Excessive returns
- Reseller activity
- Referral abuse
If we determine that abuse or fraud has occurred, we may revoke points, rewards, or membership without notice.
10. Communications
By joining the Program, you agree to receive transactional communications related to your account, including:
- Points balances
- Reward notifications
- Tier updates
- Account activity
Marketing emails and SMS communications are subject to your separate consent where required by law.
You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

Your participation in the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy, available here.
Our Privacy Policy explains:
- What information we collect
- How we use your information
- Whether information is shared with advertising or analytics providers
- Your privacy rights under applicable laws
Residents of certain jurisdictions may have rights under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, and other applicable privacy regulations.
12. Changes to the Program
OLLY reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, with or without notice.
Changes may include:
- Point earning structures
- Redemption values
- Rewards availability
- Tier qualifications
- Program eligibility
If the Program is terminated, members may be given a limited period to redeem remaining points before forfeiture.
13. Termination of Membership
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account or membership at our discretion, including for conduct inconsistent with these Terms or applicable law.
Upon termination, all unused points and rewards may be forfeited immediately.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Brand Name] is not responsible for:
- Technical malfunctions
- Unauthorized account access
- Delayed or failed reward fulfillment
- Lost, stolen, or expired rewards
- Errors in Program administration
Participation in the Program is at your own risk.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplemental promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement governing the Program.
