Many do, but we also have sugar-free options, too! Many OLLY gummies contain a small amount of sugar for taste and texture. Each formula includes all Supplemant Facts on the label.
We believe the health benefits that come with taking your OLLY far outweigh the slight disadvantage of delivering them with sugar. The real advantage of gummies is that people actually enjoy taking them — so they do! If supplements don’t get eaten because the experience is unpleasant, they aren’t very effective supplements.
That said, sugar isn’t for everyone, and we’re actively expanding our sugar-free gummies, capsules, and softgel lines to offer more options for every lifestyle.
Gummies can soften and clump if exposed to heat or humidity, especially during summer months. This doesn’t affect quality or effectiveness, but we know it can be frustrating. Store your OLLYs in a cool, dry place and tightly close the lid after each use. If your gummies are completely melted and stuck together, please reach out to our Consumer Experience Team.
You don’t need to! OLLY gummies are shelf-stable and best stored at room temperature. Just keep them away from direct sunlight, humidity, and heat. Refrigeration isn’t harmful, but it’s not necessary.
OLLY gummies are flavored with fruit and vegetable extracts and colored using ingredients derived from plants, fruits, vegetables, and spices. Because we don’t use synthetic colors, you may notice color variations from batch to batch - that’s completely normal!
We know they’re tasty, but remember that OLLYs are dietary supplements. Stick to the recommended daily serving to make sure you’re getting just the right amount of nutrients each day.

Heat and humidity can cause OLLY gummies to soften or stick together, especially during warmer months. This doesn’t affect safety or effectiveness, but we understand it can make them harder to enjoy. If your gummies arrived this way, please reach out to our Consumer Experience Team with your order number so we can help make it right.
Because OLLY uses colors and flavors derived from natural sources, you might notice small variations in taste, color, or texture between batches. These differences are completely normal and don’t affect product quality or potency.
Safety first. If your bottle’s seal was broken or missing when it arrived, do not use the product. Please contact our Consumer Experience Team right away with your lot number and order details, and we’ll investigate and replace it for you.
Gummies can harden if exposed to air or stored in high temperatures. Make sure the lid is tightly closed after each use and store them in a cool, dry place. If your product arrived that way, let us know and we’ll help replace it.
Some OLLY products naturally have a strong vitamin or herbal scent, especially those containing minerals or botanicals. However, if the smell seems unusual or the product appears damaged, please contact our Consumer Experience Team so we can review it with you.
Try gently breaking them apart and storing the bottle upright in a cool, dry place. Stuck gummies are often a sign of humidity exposure, but they remain safe to use if they’re within the expiration date and haven’t been exposed to moisture or heat for long periods.
We recommend using your OLLYs before the expiration date printed on the package for the best quality and effectiveness. If it’s past that date, we suggest discarding it and restocking with a fresh one.
Cosmetic label issues don’t affect the quality or safety of the product itself, but we definitely want your OLLYs to look as good as they feel. Please reach out with your order details so we can help.
OLLY vitamins and supplements are made in facilities located in the United States and other countries. Products manufactured outside of the US are labeled as such.

As you may notice, we use gelatin in the majority of our products. Gelatin is a more versatile gelling agent than pectin. With the complex blends of active ingredients we create at OLLY, gelatin offers an excellent texture and consistency for our gummies.
Most OLLY supplements are not formulated with the top nine allergens — soy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, wheat, milk, or sesame. NOTE: Prenatal Gummies are labeled to have a fish allergen.
Our manufacturing facilities may produce other products that contain those allergens on the same lines as OLLY products. However, our suppliers follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and use thorough cleaning and testing methods to prevent cross-contamination.
Most OLLY products are gluten-free! The one exception would be Balanced Perimeno because it contains Fenugreek.

No! The safety of Chillax has not been called into question. We rigorously assess the safety of every product for its intended use before it hits the market with our internal safety specialists. Additionally, we utilize NSF, an independent internationally recognized organization, to qualify our product and suppliers. The NSF certification standard requires independent product testing, facility audits, and routine surveillance of products and manufacturing activities. We evolved our age recommendation on Chillax to 7+ to better resonate with slightly older gummy lovers and to align to industry guidelines.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $49 before tax and after discounts. Orders under that ship for a small flat rate that shows at checkout.
Once an order is placed, there’s a 1-3 business day processing window before it ships. Orders are not processed or shipped over the weekend, so any orders placed Friday through Sunday begin processing on Monday.
As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow your OLLYs on their journey. You can also check the status anytime by logging into your OLLY.com account and selecting “My Orders.”
Sometimes carriers mark a package delivered a few hours early. Give it 24 hours and check around porches, mailrooms, or with neighbors just in case. If it still hasn’t turned up, reach out to us and we’ll help make it right.

We’re working toward having more shipping options and methods available in the future, so please stay tuned. Yes, we can ship to P.O. boxes and most APO/FPO addresses through USPS. Delivery times may take a little longer depending on your location.
Our orders already ship via expedited carriers like UPS or FedEx Two-Day, so there’s no need to select anything faster.

You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription directly from your account. Please let us know at least 5 days before your next ship date so we can catch the order before it processes. If you’d like your new item to ship on the same schedule as your existing order, it’s usually easiest to reach out to us directly - we can merge them for you! You’ll be charged when your order is processed, which happens a few days before it ships. We’ll send a reminder email before each charge so you have time to make any changes if needed.

Yes! OLLY bottles are made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic (PCR) and can be recycled again after use. Just remove the label and cap before recycling to make sure the materials are properly sorted.
