- 10 oz coconut water
- 2 scoops OLLY Protein + Super Foods
- 1 cup of frozen riced cauliflower
- 1 cooked beet
- 1 cup of frozen mixed berries
- dash of cinnamon
- 1 cup of ice
Toss in blender. If this is for breakfast, I like tossing on a little bit of granola.
