Healthy Mocha Mousse


  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 6 Tbsp OLLY Plant Powered Protein, Pure Chocolate
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips, melted and slightly cooled
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp liquid stevia, to your taste (or between 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup maple syrup or other sweetener)


  1. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave at 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted. Allow to cool slightly.

  2. In the bowl of a food processor or high-powered blender, combine all ingredients except for the liquid stevia. Pulse until smooth and creamy.

  3. Add the liquid stevia, beginning with 1/4 teaspoon, and adding more at 1/8 teaspoon increments until it suits your tastes (my sweet spot is at 1/4 tsp + 1/8 tsp total). Blend again until completely smooth.

  4. Spoon the mousse into 2 individual cups and either serve immediately or refrigerate for about an hour to allow it to firm up slightly. Top with cacao nibs and/or chocolate chips if you would like and enjoy!
